LI 6400 XT

The LI-COR LI 6400 XT measures CO₂- and H₂O-Gasexchange rates to determine net-photosynthesis, transpiration and stomatal conductance. It can be coupled to an to the Delta plus Advantage (IRMS) to measure e.g. mesophyll conductance in C₃ plants or bundle sheath leakiness in C₄ plants.
